Humour is something that makes the world spin round, and it is often expressed in different ways in different cultures. Japanese humour takes a few different forms, and not all tastes are for all people. But sometimes there is a wonderful understated humour that we find in Japan that is simply irresistible. It is very nice to see the Kagawa Prefecture Tourism Association not take themselves overly seriously. This soft and warm approach to the promotion of our glorious prefecture is very “pure”, very unassuming, and very subtle. I’m glad to live in Yadon-ken, and Governor Slowpoke can hang out at my house anytime.
