There is only one place in the world that makes olive-wagyu. That is right here in Kagawa, and more specifically, on the island of Shodoshima. It is a very new and very rare kind of meat. The cattle are fed olive leaves and from this diet the meat that is produced has a very unique flavour. A relatively new wagyu product finding new space in the marketplace, and slowly finding its way to dinner tables around the world.
